OUT ON A LIMB

But love ye your enemies, and do good,
and lend, hoping for nothing again;
and your reward shall be great.

Luke 6:35 KJV

When Karen Chapman visits her newly widowed grandfather’s farm, she is trapped in a tree and aided by a cajoling, handsome stranger. In minutes she realizes he is the grandson of Lionel Kendal. Like the infamous Martins and McCoys, the Chapman-Kendal grandfathers have feuded for years. Now she must decide if she will join the family feud, or do what the Lord says and love her enemy.

OVER HER HEAD

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.

James 4:10

Lana West’s life changed the day her sister brought home a man to spring clean their yard, but, mortified, she learns the man is actually the church’s new youth director, Mark Branson. A high school teacher who doesn’t particular like teenagers, Lana becomes Mark’s favorite youth activity chaperone. But as Linda finds herself knee deep in Christian teen activities, she learns something new about young people, about herself and begins to see God working in her life.

Mark, too, wonders why he continues to find the spirited, humorous, yet bull-headed, woman so appealing until he realizes God has provided him a challenge that leads him to understand his own life decisions. He realizes Lana is the woman God has meant for him.

At summer youth camp, Lana faces God head-on and finds herself elbow-deep in soap suds, up to her neck in poison ivy and over her head in love.

SEASONS

For everything there is a season,
and a time for every purpose under heaven.

Ecclesiastes 3:1

Coping with widowhood, Sally Newgate joins a Christian support group, unaware that her life would take a dramatic turn. Sally finds herself drawn to Brad Mathews, a widower with two small children. Though family and friends warn her not to ‘lose her head,’ Sally struggles, knowing it’s her ‘heart,’ not her head that’s causing her problems.

Brad aches for his motherless children and finds a compassionate friend in Sally. Within months, Brad believes God’s will has brought Sally into his life. But when his young daughter, Kelly, openly resents her, Brad is caught between his daughter and the woman he loves. He invites Sally to his mother’s lovely home on Cape Cod with an ulterior motive — a secret that will solve their problems. But what he thinks will bind them together, instead, tears them apart.

Will Brad endure the struggles of his daughter and the woman he loves? Will Sally learn to listen to her heart and to God’s gentle guidance?

SECRETS WITHIN

And a little child shall lead them.

Isaiah 11:6

Returning to Michigan to be near her young niece and estranged sister, dying of cancer, Laine Sibley was not prepared for her sister’s dying words. "Promise you’ll take care of Becca." Struggling with faith issues and needing forgiveness, Laine finds companionship and support from her neighbor, Jeff Rice following her sister’s death. But while Laine and Jeff’s friendship grows into love, Laine’s life unravels when she realizes she is tangled in a con man’s plot.

Jeff realizes as Laine seeks answers, she has begun to suspect him of involvement in the con man’s game. Caught in his own web of intrigue, Jeff cannot tell her the truth about himself. If he does, she could be in more serious danger.

With Becca’s prodding, Laine finds herself turning to the Lord. When she finally seeks God’s help, the pieces of the puzzle begin to fall into place. Will Jeff’s final piece of the puzzle make Laine’s world complete?
