UPON A MIDNIGHT CLEAR
by Gail Gaymer Martin

Fighting her own past demons, Callie Randolf reluctantly accepts a job
as private nurse for five-year-old Nattie who is grieving the loss of
her mother.

When Callie steps into David Hamilton's life, he knows she is a miracle,
not only for his daughter, but himself as well. As Callie's
light-hearted spunk and loving spirit draws Nattie from her dark
silence, David is drawn from his own depression.

Despite her determination to protect her heart from further pain, Callie
finds herself falling in love with Nattie and David. Together, the three
wounded souls move toward peace and healing.

Gail Gaymer Martin's poetic style flows from the page, drawing the
reader in like a beautiful painting. The story is compelling,
disturbing, and satisfying. I enjoyed every moment of my time with these
characters and feel confident the reader will as well.

UPON A MIDNIGHT CLEAR is Gail Gaymer Martin's first release for Steeple
Hill Love Inspired, and she begins with a bang. I look forward to many,
many more. The release date is October, 2000.
